Welcome to RISE (RISE-Athlete, “www.rise-athlete.com”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Website and any services, programs, or content offered by RISE (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing this Website, booking a coaching session, or using any of our materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

1. Who We Serve

Our financial coaching services are designed specifically for athletes and individuals seeking guidance on personal financial growth, planning, and mindset. We do not offer investment advice, tax advice, or licensed financial planning services.

If you need regulated financial advice, we can refer you to licensed professionals.

2. Eligibility

To use our coaching services or access certain parts of this Website, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian

  • Have the legal capacity (or appropriate consent) to enter into a coaching agreement

  • Use our services for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes only

If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission before registering, booking, or participating in any coaching services. By continuing, you confirm that such consent has been obtained.

3. Coaching Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Financial mindset coaching

  • Workshops and one-on-one sessions

  • Tools, exercises, and educational resources

These services are educational and motivational in nature. They are not a substitute for personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.

4. Payment & Booking

Payment terms are outlined at the time of booking. By purchasing a session or program:

  • You agree to pay the stated fees

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the cancellation policy listed on the booking page

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including exercises, materials, text, graphics, and downloads, is the property of RISE and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions with confidentiality and respect. However:

  • We do not guarantee absolute confidentiality (e.g., in the event of legal requirements)

  • You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your login or personal information shared online

7. Disclaimers

  • Results from coaching vary per individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • We are not liable for financial decisions made based on coaching sessions or materials.

  • All services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

  • Financial Disclaimer

    All services, courses, tools, and content provided by RISE (including but not limited to coaching sessions, workshops, online courses, and written materials) are intended for general educational purposes only.

    RISE does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and no information or materials should be interpreted as such. Any examples, strategies, or references to financial tools, including AI tools, are hypothetical and for illustrative purposes only.

    Clients and participants are responsible for their own financial decisions. We strongly encourage consultation with licensed financial advisors, tax professionals, or legal experts before taking financial action.

    RISE assumes no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RISE is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses related to financial decisions, business investments, or contracts made by you

9. Cancellation & refund policy

1. Coaching Sessions (Virtual – One-on-One or Group):
Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with no fee if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be refunded.

2. Coaching Programs (Multi-Session Packages):
Clients may cancel within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been used.
After this period, no refunds will be issued, but unused sessions may be rescheduled within the program duration.

3. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Tools):
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be given once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

4. In-Person Sessions (With Travel Involved):
If travel is required for in-person coaching or speaking engagements:

  • The client is responsible for all travel-related expenses, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, meals, and ground transportation.

  • These costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, and invoiced separately or included in a custom package.

  • If a client cancels after travel has already been booked, any non-refundable travel and accommodation costs remain fully payable by the client, regardless of the session being rescheduled or not.

5. Missed Appointments / No-Shows:
Appointments missed without notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund, except in cases of emergency or with prior agreement.

6. Force Majeure:
If sessions cannot be delivered due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disaster, technical failure), we will offer alternative arrangements or reschedule at no extra cost.

10. Privacy Policy

Please see our Privacy Policy for how we collect, store, and protect your data in accordance with GDPR or other applicable data protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Website means you accept those updates.
